Commit 2 Excellence challenge

Here is our bus route.  We are calling our ride Commit 2 Excellence.  We are asking everyone in our region to cash in their bus ticket for a ride and commit 2 excellence.

What do you need to do? 

To Commit 2 Excellence, you will:

*Make every effort to produce a high quality document.

*Agree that this document you produce is part of a person's life and not just a paper with marks on it.  This could be you or your family.

*Process your work in a timely manner.  This will help you in your lines per hour (and paycheck) and also increases patient care.

*Research items to the best of your professional ability.  This aids in reducing pending and also faster return of document to client.

*Follow company policy for reporting when you will be missing work.

*Follow company policy for entering your worked/training hours into TimeSaver and make sure your entries are correct.

**Most of all be proud of your work, this is a profession. You should give your job at home the same amount of pride and consideration as you would if we all worked in the next cubicle.  It is a perk to be able to do this job in your jammies and throw in the laundry on your break. 

If you agree with the above, we want you to cash in your ticket for Commit 2 Excellence.  Your TLs, QA and I will be helping you along with some new things over the next few months to help with research, training and productivity.  We challenge you to join us in improving our region.
