HEALTHY RECIPES

We all need to eat right along with our strive to exercise and take better care of ourselves.  Here are a few recipes to kick us off in the right direction.  Please feel free to post some of your favorite healthy recipes too.

1.  Stir-fry cherry tomato halves and minced garlic in extravirgin olive oil. Toss with whole wheat angel-hair pasta and a handful of arugula.
Top with shavings of Parmesan cheese.
2.  Make a colorful stir-fry with red bell pepper, eggplant, summer squash, and broccoli served over brown rice. Toss hot roasted sweet potatoes with red onion, baby spinach, a dash of balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
